Requesting Official Transcripts from Coastline
The first two transcript requests are free (although there is an online service fee as noted below). A $3 fee applies for additional requests.

There are three ways in which students may request their official Coastline Community College Transcript

1. Internet Request: This is the most expedient way to order and receive an Official Coastline Transcript. There is a $5 service fee for online requests. To request an Official Transcript using an online service, go to: https://www.credentials-inc.com/tplus/?ALUMTRO020635

2. Mail or FAX Order: For no service fee, students may also request transcripts my mail or fax. Complete the Transcript Request Form (pdf), print, sign and mail to:

3. In Person: You may request your transcripts in person at the Coastline College Center located at 11460 Warner Avenue, Fountain Valley, California.

Unofficial Transcripts and Grades
Students can access their grades and unofficial transcripts from the MyCCC portal. Grades are posted approximately 4-6 weeks following the end of the course. Students will receive a personal announcement on their MyCCC Military Home tab informing them that a grade has been posted.

Coastline reports grades to the respective military agencies; however, students are encouraged to also provide a copy of their grade reports to their respective military educational offices ((i.e. Pensacola for Navy, GoArmyEd portal for Soldiers, etc.).
