$50 TEXTBOOKS

Coastline Community College

Students who register early for online and PocketEd courses in the military program will receive a voucher that allows them to purchase their course textbooks for $50 or less, plus shipping & handling. Only students who register and pay for their course(s) by the published deadline (see Academic Calendar) qualify.

Details:

• The voucher will cover the cost of all required course materials over $50 per course. If two textbooks are required for a course, the student will only pay $50, even if the cost of two textbooks would normally be $300.
   
• The voucher is good only for use with purchases from the MBS Virtual Bookstore.
   
• The voucher and directions for its use will be sent via the student’s school-issued Gmail account approximately 3 weeks before the start of courses.
   
• At the MBS Virtual Bookstore, students will select their preferred shipping method and will be required to pay shipping costs by using a credit card.
   
• Students will not qualify for participation in the $50 textbook offer if tuition assistance authorization or payment is not received by the published deadline.

*Coast Guard Afloat and NCPACE courses do not qualify for the $50 textbook option.  The textbook voucher of $50 is non-transferable and may only be used by the student enrolled in a Military Program course at Coastline.  Student is responsible for shipping and handling.
