Official Degree Planning for Military Spouses Program Students

Students enrolled in courses in our Military Spouses Program are entitled to receive a Degree Plan/SOC Student Agreement upon request. Students can request that an advisor prepare a Degree Plan for them by completing the Military Supplemental Information Form at the time of application to the college. If you are already enrolled in courses and have not yet completed the Military Supplemental Information Form, please do so here.

Please note that a Degree Plan/SOC Student Agreement will not be prepared until:

  • The student is enrolled and underway in a course in our Military Spouses program

    - AND -

  • Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended have been received.

Once the form is received and these conditions have been met, the college will prepare the Degree Plan/SOC Student Agreement and mail it to the address currently on file for the student. The process typically takes 3-4 weeks but could be lengthened during high volume periods. To inquire about a Degree Plan/SOC Student Agreement, please email militarycounselor@coastline.edu
