Drop Deadlines and Procedures

A student assumes full responsibility for completing each course in which he or she has registered. If a student wishes to drop a course, it is the student's responsibility to do so at MyCCC according to the policy outlined below.

Drop dates for each session are printed on the Student Program which can be found at MyCCC.

The last day to drop an 8-week class and receive a full refund is the Friday of the first week of class.

No transcript entry will be made for students who officially drop by the “Last day to drop without a W” (as found on the Student Program)

A grade of “W” will be assigned for students who submit their drop request before the “Last day to drop with a W” (as found on the Student Program)
